CASEY UPSETS BELL and is the new PABA Light Heavyweight Champion

An epic fight at the Reggio Calabria Club was one to be remembered for years to come.

Joel Casey fought back all the way through 12 rounds to get a points split decision having suffered a cut eye in the fourth round.

Bell a very popular Melbourne local from Yarraville kept up his siege on Casey throughout the fight but Casey so determined to win this fight kept his efforts up and had Tim in some trouble with body punching Casey he was not following up with.

The 11th round saw Casey down and looking like he was in some serious trouble, he got up early and stood for the rest of the count of 8.

He was unsteady but the round ended before Bell could make a good effort to put an end to the fight.

Unbeaten WBO youth Super Bantamweight Champion Daniel Iannazzo will go 12 rounds with Allan Jay Tunacao for the PABA Super Bantamweight Title with the hope of earning a shot at a world title fight.

Tunacao has won his last 9 fights and is no pushover, he will be right in the fight to the end.
